1. Propose and sell products across various departments to maximize sales.
2. Collaborate with the entire store team to drive revenue growth.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a memorable and surprising experience.
4. Represent and communicate Hermès' values to clients and new team members.
5. Recruit and retain a diverse clientele, both nationally and internationally.
6. Maintain and update a personal client database.
7. Highlight the craftsmanship of Hermès artisans.
8. Participate in inventory management, merchandising changes, and stock organization.
