- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Hermès products and craftsmanship to effectively communicate the brand's values to clients.
- Ensure the store's visual merchandising aligns with Hermès' aesthetic and guidelines.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and store performance goals.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the Hermès brand and its values.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in French and English.
A minimum of 2 years in luxury retail or a related field is preferred.
