1. Act as the primary internal and external contact for portfolio management.
2. Integrate and create customer orders in the transactional tool (M3) using various technologies.
3. Ensure accuracy of product information, stock availability, and client details.
4. Guarantee adherence to client timelines for preparation, transport, and delivery.
5. Ensure compliance with administrative and legal delivery conditions.
6. Oversee and ensure accurate billing according to confirmed schedules.
7. Resolve client disputes related to transport, preparation, pricing, returns, and credits within two months.
8. Adhere to legal and internal process requirements.
9. Maintain and update procedures, operating modes, and instructions semi-annually.

1. Higher education in commercial management, ideally in Supply Chain and International Trade.
2. Beginner with operational internships or initial experience.

1. Knowledge of ERP systems (experience with M3 or SAP is a plus).
2. Proficiency in Excel for data management (sorting, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
3. Fluent business English (for export positions).
4. Strong writing skills in French.
5. Adaptability.
6. Analytical skills.
7. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Methodical approach and priority management.
9. Continuous improvement mindset and proactive.
10. Interest in administrative work.
