HermèsSales Administration Manager

- Act as the primary internal and external contact for portfolio management.
- Integrate and create customer orders in the transactional tool (M3) using various technologies.
- Ensure accuracy of product information, stock availability, and client details.
- Guarantee adherence to client timelines for preparation, transport, and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with administrative and legal delivery conditions.
- Oversee and ensure accurate billing according to confirmed schedules.
- Resolve client disputes related to transport, preparation, pricing, returns, and credits within two months.
- Adhere to legal and internal process requirements.
- Maintain and update procedures, operating modes, and instructions semi-annually.
- Higher education in commercial management, ideally in Supply Chain and International Trade.
- Beginner with operational internships or initial experience.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (experience with M3 or SAP is a plus).
- Proficiency in Excel for data management (sorting, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Fluent business English (for export positions).
- Strong writing skills in French.
- Adaptability.

- Continuous improvement mindset and proactive.
- Interest in administrative work.
Beginner with operational internships or initial experience.
