Hermès Market Administrator

- Serve as the primary internal and external contact for portfolio management within the assigned sector.
- Integrate and create client orders using the transactional tool (M3), handling various order types such as new launches, periodic restocks, and complimentary items.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of product information, stock availability, and client details.
- Adhere to the established schedule for client preparation, transportation, and delivery to meet deadline commitments.
- Ensure compliance with administrative and legal delivery conditions, including proper documentation and negotiated incoterms.
- Monitor and execute accurate billing according to confirmed schedules.
- Resolve client disputes related to transport, preparation, pricing, returns, and credits within a maximum of two months.
- Higher education in commercial management, ideally in Supply Chain and International Commerce.
- Entry-level candidates with operational internships or initial experience.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, experience with M3 or SAP is advantageous.
- Data management skills in Excel, including sorting, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
- Fluent business English, particularly for export roles.
- Strong written communication skills in French.
