- Develop risk maps in collaboration with entities, facilitating workshops to identify and prioritize operational and strategic risks.
- Lead the update of the Group's risk mapping in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of regulatory risk maps.
- Propose and strategize risk management plans.
- Manage the risk library by analyzing risk factors and cataloging control measures.
- Monitor risks and risk maps, ensuring regular tracking of risk evolution and action plans.
- Implement performance indicators related to risk management.
- Conduct internal and external monitoring of emerging risks and signals.
- Strengthen connections between risk activities and strategic foresight.
- Enhance the links between risks, internal audit, and internal control.
- Regularly update risk methodologies and contribute to risk financialization methodologies.
- Promote the digitalization of risk activities within the Group.
- Build and maintain an internal network to raise awareness about risk management.
- Lead internal training on risk management practices.
- Prepare regular reports for management on risk status and action plan effectiveness.
- Master's degree in social sciences, political sciences, business schools, or related fields.
- Initiative-taking and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Curiosity and adaptability with a keen interest in research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Active listening, diplomacy, flexibility, and pedagogical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize collective intelligence.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proficiency in another language is appreciated.
Experience in risk management, strategic planning, or related fields is preferred.
Master's degree in social sciences, political sciences, business schools, or related fields.
Occasional travel within France and abroad.
