- Coordinate and conduct seasonal and special product training sessions.
- Deliver induction training for new employees and during new store openings.
- Lead service skills training based on service excellence evaluations.
- Customize training materials to meet specific store needs.
- Design and develop training programs for both remote and classroom settings.
- Manage the e-learning platform and track its usage.
- Organize logistics for training sessions and maintain training records.
- Support in-store animations by preparing teams with necessary product knowledge.
- Drive customer experience initiatives in collaboration with CRM and store teams.
- Provide service skills support for special launches to enhance customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail training within the luxury sector.
- Experience in frontline, hospitality, or service industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint; video editing skills are beneficial.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; proficiency in Japanese or French is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and responsible.
- Fast learner with the ability to multi-task.
A minimum of 5 years in retail training within the luxury fashion, jewelry, or watch retailing industry is required. Experience in frontline or hospitality sectors is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related discipline.
