- Manage and coordinate the deployment of retail training programs under the guidance of the Group Retail Training Manager.
- Oversee and update the training platform for sales associates, including gaming and seasonal collection updates.
- Support local and international trainers in their roles.
- Handle administrative tasks related to retail training sessions, including registration, reservations, invitations, and document management.
- Participate in training reporting and analyze feedback from completed training sessions.
- Engage in division projects as needed.
- Currently enrolled in a university or school, pursuing a degree equivalent to Bac +4/+5.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and autonomy.
- Attention to detail and versatility.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with enthusiasm.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as web applications, e-learning, and gaming platforms.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
No prior experience is required, but familiarity with digital tools and training environments is advantageous.
Pursuing a degree equivalent to Bac +4/+5.
