- Work on a wide range of projects including in-store traffic management tools, personalization, clienteling, and digital catalogs.
- Assist the Retail Tools and Projects department in formalizing store needs.
- Manage development projects including design workshops, testing, training, and pilot follow-ups.
- Coordinate project deployments.
- Collect feedback and formalize experiences on new projects.
- Create presentation materials.
- Develop training materials, including documents or interactive solutions.
- Create content to regularly engage with deployed tools, such as morning briefs, tutorial videos, newsletters, brochures, and catalogs.
- Organize events within the Retail Activities department or related projects.
- Conduct market innovation and competitive intelligence research related to ongoing projects.
- Student in a business school or equivalent.
- Experience in retail project management or customer experience.
- Interest in digital project management.
- Excellent writing and summarizing skills.
- Proficiency in computer tools, especially PowerPoint.
- Rigor and autonomy.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and initiative-driven.
- Strong affinity for the luxury retail sector, attention to detail, and creative sensitivity.
- Team spirit, curiosity, enthusiasm, and open-mindedness.
- Good command of French and English.
- Proficiency in content creation tools is highly appreciated (e.g., Photoshop, video editing, Playplay, MailChimp, Bananatag).
Previous experience in retail project management or customer experience is required.
Student in a business school or equivalent.
