- Lead a sales team, define sales strategies, and achieve team sales targets while enabling individual team members to meet their goals.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and experience.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, develop VIPs, and recruit new customers.
- Oversee daily store operations as a shift leader, assisting the team in sales and other operations as needed.
- Maintain store operation standards, including stock management, after-service, maintenance, and CRM.
- Monitor stock levels to support sales and service.
- Manage several product categories in terms of sales, visual merchandising, inventory control, and training.
- Provide market updates and buying advice to the store manager.
- Manage and coach the team, setting objectives, assessing performance, and providing ongoing feedback.
- Motivate team members through individual recognition and foster a sense of team spirit, discipline, and mutual respect.
- Ensure regular training for teams to enhance customer service, product knowledge, and selling skills.
- Tertiary education with at least 3 years of relevant management experience in high-end fashion or luxury industry.
- Strong business acumen with solid analytical skills.
- Proven ability to lead and drive performance and customer service.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese; French is advantageous.
- Excellent team player with a pleasant, service-oriented demeanor and self-motivation.
