Hermès Retail Planning Manager

- Analyze market trends, internal and external environments, and consumer insights to identify innovation and opportunities.
- Plan long-term, mid-term, and short-term strategies for sustainable development.
- Collaborate closely with area managers in the store strategy establishment process.
- Prioritize objectives for each store.
- Coordinate with other office departments to achieve store objectives.
- Develop and implement retail excellence initiatives to enhance operational standards.
- Communicate KPIs, standards, and best practices for consistency across stores.
- Collaborate with area managers to enhance retail staff capabilities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to execute integrated retail strategies.
- Establish strong stakeholder relationships to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor the implementation of KPIs and sales incentives to motivate store staff.
- Prepare reports to assess whether objectives are being achieved.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail excellence, retail management, or a relevant field within the luxury industry or consulting.
- Extensive knowledge of luxury retail industry trends and best practices.
- Experience in building strategies for retail excellence, store positioning, and business development is preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
- Understanding of the competitor market in the dedicated region.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Excellence in computer skills, particularly MS Office.
A minimum of 10 years in retail excellence, retail management, or a relevant field within the luxury industry or consulting.
