- Conduct weekly and monthly analysis of key performance indicators by product category, collection, and boutique.
- Synthesize field feedback on collections.
- Manage product transfers, restocking, and specific boutique requests.
- Support the team in implementing and monitoring specific projects, including training organization, new collection launches, and events.
- Prepare analytical presentations for new collection purchasing campaigns aimed at boutique directors.
- Assist the team and boutique directors during purchasing meetings.
- Monitor daily purchases, ensuring budget adherence and top purchases.
- Develop a comprehensive summary document at the end of purchasing campaigns.
- Currently enrolled in a top-tier business or engineering school, seeking a career in luxury and fashion as a Retail Merchandiser or Product Manager.
- Proficiency in Excel (databases, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF) and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Autonomy and rigor in work approach.
- Result-oriented with initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding environment and adapt to peak activity periods.
No specific prior experience required, but a strong affinity for luxury products and creation is essential.
Currently pursuing a degree in a Grande École de Commerce or Engineering School.
