Retail Merchandising Assistant Intern

1. Support Retail Merchandising Managers in developing business areas.
2. Update monthly sales reports for the region, identifying key trends by country and business area.
3. Conduct ad hoc analyses based on commercial needs and product news.
4. Assist in launching new products in markets and monitor sales results.
5. Collaborate closely with Customer Experience and Training teams for a comprehensive product vision.
6. Maintain connections with local Retail Merchandisers.
7. Act as a liaison for operational topics.
8. Contribute to the implementation of team projects.
9. Support purchasing activities and contribute to stock optimization.
10. Assist subsidiaries in purchase preparation and ensure purchase consistency across the region.
11. Provide a consolidated view of regional purchases and participate in building purchase reports.
12. Manage and optimize stock through coordination of monthly or biannual restocks.
13. Avoid stock shortages or overstock through intra-regional optimization operations.
14. Collaborate closely with planning to secure regional targets.

1. Student at Bac+5 level (business school or university).
2. Excellent analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers.
3. Recognized team spirit.

1. Autonomy and excellent writing and synthesis skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
3. Strong organizational skills, rigor, and responsiveness.
4. Proactive and initiative-driven.
5. Proficient in office tools, especially advanced Excel skills.
6. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Ideally, previous experience in merchandising within the retail/fashion industry.

Student at Bac+5 level (business school or university).

Internship based in Paris, 8th arrondissement.
