- Support Retail Merchandising Managers in developing métiers.
- Update monthly sales reports for the region, identifying key trends by country and métier.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses based on commercial needs and product news.
- Assist in the launch of new products in markets and monitor sales results.
- Collaborate closely with Client Experience and Training teams for a 360° product vision.
- Maintain connections with local Retail Merchandisers.
- Act as a liaison for operational topics within métiers.
- Contribute to the implementation of team projects.
- Support subsidiaries in purchase preparation and ensure regional purchase coherence with an omnichannel approach.
- Provide a consolidated view of regional purchases and participate in purchase balance construction.
- Manage and optimize stock through coordination of monthly or biannual restocks.
- Prevent stock shortages or surpluses through intra-regional optimization operations.
- Collaborate closely with planning to secure regional landing.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in business school or university.
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers.
- Recognized team spirit.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and responsiveness.
- Proactive with strong initiative and project management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Ideally, previous experience in merchandising within the retail or fashion industry, demonstrating autonomy, strong writing and synthesis skills, and the ability to engage in multiple topics simultaneously.
Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in business or related field.
