Hermès Retail Director

- Implement the retail commercial development strategy for the subsidiary.
- Ensure an attractive network of stores recognized for their quality of welcome.
- Lead store teams to recruit and retain customers.
- Optimize and streamline front and back store operations.
- Collaborate with subsidiary management to create and communicate a sustainable, ambitious vision.
- Support sales teams in achieving excellence in customer reception and responsiveness to their needs.
- Support projects and actions to enhance service, customer experience, and operational fluidity.
- Oversee new store openings and renovations.
- Play an active role in the budgeting and strategic planning process, setting sales targets in collaboration with general and financial management.
- Monitor target achievement throughout the year and propose solutions to develop business according to subsidiary planning.
- Define annual objectives and support the team throughout the year.
- Work closely with HR to monitor organizational and team development needs, recruitment, training, talent management, compensation policy, and labor and disciplinary rules.
- Regularly visit all subsidiary stores to verify operations, analyze activities, address operational and managerial issues, and energize teams.
- Develop store teams' skills and cohesion through information, communication, shared objectives, best practice exchanges, and conflict management.
- Encourage support teams and stores to collaborate closely with the Retail Merchandising department on product offering issues.
