Hermès Retail Assistant and Performance Analyst Intern

- Monitor daily retail performance metrics across sales points.
- Consolidate and process retail data using Excel for comprehensive analysis.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on store performance, product lines, and references.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries using Cognos and Power BI.
- Develop and optimize tracking files for performance monitoring.
- Track product launches and competitive activities.
- Coordinate operational and relational tasks with personalized space teams, including scheduling and uniform orders.
- Manage loyalty gift orders and resource allocations.
- Update documents and maintain the CEGID software system.
- Provide daily support to the service team, including mail handling.
- Assist in organizing events such as seminars, trainings, and ambassador meetings.
- Implement in-store animations and displays.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent.
- Previous 6-month experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented.
A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or sales analysis.
Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
