1. Assist the Project Manager in the innovation process for materials and craftsmanship.
2. Participate in the research of future materials.
3. Contribute to the maintenance of material qualification databases.
4. Engage actively in Hermès' Innovation, Exploration, and Development initiatives.
5. Collaborate with style and métier teams for client briefs.
6. Conduct comprehensive studies with deliverables including 3D/2D files and realistic renderings.
7. Research innovative manufacturing technologies and consult suppliers.
8. Support prototyping and pre-series production processes.
9. Long-term research documentation and procedure writing.
10. Manage administrative tasks related to orders and deliveries.
11. Ensure logical and hierarchical data archiving related to material qualification.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering.
2. Seeking a final-year internship in an engineering school.
3. Interest in industrial processes and technical culture.

1. Proficiency in mechanical product design with a strong aesthetic component.
2. Ability to perform 3D CAD, drafting, and realistic rendering.
3. Project management skills from brief to final product delivery.
4. Creativity, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
5. Autonomous, organized, proactive, and assertive.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
7. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in engineering is essential.
