Hermès Research and Innovation Project Assistant Internship

- Assist the Project Manager in the innovation process for materials and craftsmanship.
- Participate in the research of future materials.
- Contribute to the maintenance of material qualification databases.
- Engage actively in Hermès' Innovation, Exploration, and Development initiatives.
- Collaborate with style and métier teams for client briefs.
- Conduct comprehensive studies with deliverables including 3D/2D files and realistic renderings.
- Research innovative manufacturing technologies and consult suppliers.
- Support prototyping and pre-series production processes.
- Long-term research documentation and procedure writing.
- Manage administrative tasks related to orders and deliveries.
- Ensure logical and hierarchical data archiving related to material qualification.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering.
- Seeking a final-year internship in an engineering school.
- Interest in industrial processes and technical culture.
- Proficiency in mechanical product design with a strong aesthetic component.
- Ability to perform 3D CAD, drafting, and realistic rendering.
- Project management skills from brief to final product delivery.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
- Autonomous, organized, proactive, and assertive.
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in engineering is essential.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering.
