Hermès Regulatory Product Project Manager

- Develop tools and training to guide regulatory teams on international product requirements.
- Support various departments in achieving regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regulatory monitoring across all product categories distributed by Hermès and provide impact summaries to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate regulatory exchanges between departments and distribution subsidiaries.
- Manage framework agreements with testing laboratories, including test packages, pricing, protocols, and policies.
- Lead working groups on specific regulatory topics to co-create reference documents (Group standards).
- Create clear procedures defining roles, actions, and responsibilities between departments and subsidiaries (RACI type).
- Update safety requirements and the list of restricted substances (PRSL).
- Enhance competencies of functions affected by regulatory changes through structured and personalized support (documents, training, coaching).
- Establish and manage framework agreements with partner testing laboratories.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Degree from a general engineering school or university with experience in regulatory aspects (chemistry, standards, textiles, consumer goods). Experience in continuous improvement is a plus.

- Constructive, pedagogical approach with excellent writing and communication skills.

- Fluency in English and French.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in regulatory aspects related to chemistry, standards, textiles, or consumer goods.
Degree from a general engineering school or university.
Full-time permanent position based in Paris, with occasional travel required.
