Hermès Regulatory Project Manager

- Develop tools and training to guide regulatory teams on international product requirements.
- Support various departments in meeting regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regulatory monitoring across all product categories distributed by Hermès and provide impact summaries.
- Coordinate exchanges between departments and distribution subsidiaries on regulatory matters.
- Manage framework agreements with testing laboratories, including test packages, pricing, protocols, and policies.
- Lead working groups on specific regulatory topics to co-create reference documents.
- Create clear procedures defining roles, actions, and responsibilities between departments and subsidiaries.
- Update safety requirements and lists of restricted substances.
- Enhance skills of functions impacted by regulatory changes through structured and personalized support.
- Maintain regulatory monitoring for all product categories that may be developed or produced.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Degree from an engineering school or university with experience in regulatory aspects (chemistry, standards, textiles, consumer goods).
- Experience in continuous improvement is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to synthesize information and propose solutions.
- Teamwork and customer satisfaction oriented.
- Interest in methodology and structuring topics.
- Constructive, pedagogical approach with strong writing and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent relationship management, diplomacy, and leadership.
- Proficiency in office software and collaborative tools.
- Fluency in English and French.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in regulatory aspects related to chemistry, standards, textiles, or consumer goods.
Degree from an engineering school or university.
Full-time permanent position based in Paris, 8th arrondissement. Occasional travel required.
