1. Contribute to regulatory compliance for new products, supporting the Regulatory Officer.
2. Conduct regulatory monitoring for the Asian market with the support of Hermès subsidiaries.
3. Synthesize requirements and update tracking documents.
4. Formalize and communicate regulatory requirements to the development team for new product launches.
5. Oversee testing processes with external laboratories, including quotations, sample submissions, and result analysis.
6. Implement corrective actions with suppliers in cases of non-compliance, supported by the technical development team.
7. Manage and archive test dossiers.
8. Administer and collect necessary documents from suppliers to comply with customs and regulatory constraints related to materials.
9. Develop and monitor indicators to ensure progress in document collection.
10. Assist in the validation and storage of documents within the customs and regulatory unit.
11. Review product specifications to identify components and substances at risk.
12. Collect and analyze safety data sheets (SDS) for components.
13. Establish a tracking table for periodic supplier audits.
14. Collaborate with technical development to identify alternatives and implement substitutions when necessary.
15. Produce the monthly regulatory newsletter.
16. Contribute to communication documents on the progress of specific regulatory projects.

1. Technical training in chemistry, quality, HSE, legal, or regulatory affairs.
2. Previous internship experience in quality, HSE, customs, or regulatory affairs is appreciated.
3. Attention to detail, organization, and rigor.
4. Pragmatism and autonomy.
5. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact in a dynamic environment.
7. Project management skills, complexity management, and perseverance.
8. Interest in information systems.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
10. Fluent in English (B2 level).
