Hermès Regulatory Project Intern

- Contribute to regulatory compliance for new products, supporting the Regulatory Officer.
- Conduct regulatory monitoring for the Asian market with the support of Hermès subsidiaries.
- Synthesize requirements and update tracking documents.
- Formalize and communicate regulatory requirements to the development team for new product launches.
- Oversee testing processes with external laboratories, including quotations, sample submissions, and result analysis.
- Implement corrective actions with suppliers in cases of non-compliance, supported by the technical development team.
- Manage and archive test dossiers.
- Administer and collect necessary documents from suppliers to comply with customs and regulatory constraints related to materials.
- Develop and monitor indicators to ensure progress in document collection.
- Assist in the validation and storage of documents within the customs and regulatory unit.
- Review product specifications to identify components and substances at risk.
- Collect and analyze safety data sheets (SDS) for components.
- Establish a tracking table for periodic supplier audits.
- Collaborate with technical development to identify alternatives and implement substitutions when necessary.
- Produce the monthly regulatory newsletter.
- Contribute to communication documents on the progress of specific regulatory projects.
- Technical training in chemistry, quality, HSE, legal, or regulatory affairs.
- Previous internship experience in quality, HSE, customs, or regulatory affairs is appreciated.
- Attention to detail, organization, and rigor.
- Pragmatism and autonomy.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact in a dynamic environment.
- Project management skills, complexity management, and perseverance.
- Interest in information systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
