Hermès Regulatory and Supply Chain Specialist

- Participate in the preparation and facilitation of group regulatory committees.
- Prepare and engage in Group Purchasing Network days for textiles, leather, and metal components.
- Collaborate with the Customs department and act as a liaison within Men's Ready-to-Wear for production attestations and customs committees.
- Ensure completeness and quality of customs data within systems and maintain the customs reference database.
- Support the Studio and Production teams in developing new materials and product labeling as the regulatory reference.
- Oversee the collection and integration of AGEC information into systems.
- Ensure traceability of all materials and manage regulatory documentation.
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of Traceability KPIs and consolidate analyses.
- Prepare and facilitate supply chain regulatory committees in collaboration with the Purchasing Department.
- Review group specifications and support the CSR department in factory social audits.
- Conduct traceability audits with raw material suppliers.
- Train Studio teams on Sourcing, Certifications, and Traceability topics.
- Engineering degree with a specialization in leather or textiles, or a university degree with a focus on regulation/sustainable development.
- Proven ability to synthesize information, with a rigorous, dynamic, and communicative approach.
- Experience working with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with systems; knowledge of a PLM tool is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
Previous experience in the fashion industry is beneficial.
Engineering degree or university degree in a related field.
