Hermès Customs and Regulatory Assistant Intern

- Prepare CITES permit applications as required by the team and contribute to process improvements within the CITES unit.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of regulatory indicators.
- Provide support on various projects affecting the Customs and Regulations Department, including Sobek, Bolduc, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review customs declarations made by service providers and ensure follow-up and implementation of corrective actions if necessary.
- Participate in the optimization and implementation of regulatory processes with operational teams.
- Contribute to the maintenance of existing customs authorizations such as Approved Exporter Status, Registered Exporter, and AEO.
- Pursuing or completed higher education in International Trade, Transport, Customs, or Supply Chain.
- Basic understanding of customs regulations from studies or prior experience.
- Autonomous and self-motivated.
- Meticulous and organized.
- Dynamic with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
Prior exposure to customs regulations through academic studies or initial work experience is required.
Higher education in International Trade, Transport, Customs, or Supply Chain.
