- Develop and execute a business plan for all retail locations to achieve sales targets, including key launches.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team across all accounts.
- Ensure adherence to Hermès selling guidelines and service standards.
- Conduct annual and quarterly performance reviews for direct reports.
- Collaborate with the Head of Retail and HR Manager on recruitment, salary reviews, and training.
- Oversee retail operations, including point-of-sale materials and payroll processes.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Set and monitor individual retail targets and KPIs.
- Assist in staffing budget allocation and productivity target setting.
- Review distribution strategies and recommend store openings or closures.
- Foster relationships with store teams and identify potential talent.
- Collaborate with the National Training Manager to ensure product expertise among Beauty Advisors.
- Experience in managing Beauty Consultants and Key Account Management.
- Proven negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
- Strong communication and team-building skills.
- Results-driven with a nurturing approach.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury goods industry, with a focus on beauty and fragrance.
