- Gather, analyze, and formalize recruitment needs in collaboration with HR Managers.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and tools to attract and engage top candidates.
- Conduct candidate evaluations through telephone and face-to-face interviews.
- Create and present shortlists to operational teams.
- Provide guidance throughout the recruitment process and support Managers in decision-making.
- Enhance and maintain the internal candidate pool across all métiers.
- Utilize the ATS to generate recruitment KPIs and derive valuable insights.
- Independently manage projects related to Recruitment, Employer Branding, or Campus Management.
- Contribute to creating and maintaining a distinctive candidate experience.
- Conduct active monitoring of recruitment methodologies and disseminate best practices within the recruitment team and operational staff.
- Provide reliable and regular activity reporting.
- Manage the administrative aspects of recruitment using the HRIS.
- Master's degree (Bac +5) with initial successful experience in high-volume recruitment and sourcing.
- Proven project management skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Excellent organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to prioritize and execute tasks.
- Challenge-driven with a passion for conducting thorough research with high expectations.
- Strong persuasion skills, adaptability, and stress resilience (ability to work under pressure with enthusiasm).
- Team spirit and service orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, initiative, and analytical acumen.
- Fluent in English.

Previous experience in recruitment and sourcing within a high-volume hiring context is required.
Master's degree (Bac +5) in a relevant field.
Temporary contract covering maternity leave from May 5, 2025, to October 31, 2025.
