1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the luxury fashion industry.
