1. Assist recruitment officers in the operational management of their tasks, including posting job advertisements on employment sites and with partner schools.
2. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews.
3. Participate in organizing interviews and recruitment sessions.
4. Serve as a liaison between candidates, recruitment officers, and managers.
5. Manage the administrative aspects of various recruitment processes.
6. Contribute to team projects, including school relations events and HRIS initiatives.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) with prior internship experience in a corporate environment.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for human relations and thriving in a dynamic and high-quality environment.

1. Proficiency in English for use in various recruitment phases.
2. Comfortable with IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.

Previous internship experience in a corporate setting is required.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5).
