- Independently recruit interns from secondary and higher education levels.
- Participate in the recruitment campaign for apprentices.
- Draft and publish job advertisements across various platforms.
- Screen applications and conduct preliminary phone interviews.
- Assist in the recruitment of permanent and temporary staff by taking job briefs, drafting advertisements, and managing postings via the ATS.
- Conduct candidate sourcing on LinkedIn and other databases.
- Contribute to the deployment of the employer brand and enhancement of the candidate experience.
- Develop partnerships with regional and specialized textile schools.
- Monitor local recruitment events and identify new partner schools.
- Organize onboarding and offboarding rituals for apprentices.
- Currently pursuing a BAC+4/5 degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business School.
- Passionate about talent acquisition and driven by recruitment challenges.
- Proficiency with IT tools and experience with HRIS is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with autonomy, tenacity, proactivity, and excellent communication abilities.
No specific prior experience is required, but familiarity with HR processes and tools is advantageous.
Pursuing a BAC+4/5 degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business School.
