1. Manage a dedicated supplier panel to support the company's growth and sustainability objectives.
2. Ensure continuous improvement of the supplier panel, stabilize production capacity, and consolidate sustainable collaborations.
3. Conduct frequent visits, audits, and analyses of supply chains.
4. Ensure supplier compliance through audits, monitoring, and support.
5. Analyze supplier risks and implement security plans in collaboration with the direct purchasing group.
6. Develop and implement best practices, tools, and methodologies for control.
7. Source and develop suppliers to adapt the supplier panel to the business's needs and challenges.
8. Negotiate pricing and service conditions, and formalize collaborations with key partners.
9. Monitor supplier performance in collaboration with various departments.

1. Bachelor's degree with a specialization in purchasing or equivalent (Bac +5).
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
3. Strong knowledge of the leather industry and tanneries.
4. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Team spirit, autonomy, organization, and flexibility.
6. Proficiency in Italian is an advantage.
