1. Assist in the analysis and resolution of non-conformities using tools such as 8D, 5P, and Ishikawa.
2. Support Quality Assurance in analyzing and securing items during alerts.
3. Collaborate with suppliers on risk analysis during changes.
4. Monitor progress plans to enhance quality performance.
5. Implement and monitor quality tools with partners.
6. Participate in the deployment of supplier quality assurance.
7. Track quality team inventories.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school, pursuing a Master's degree with a specialization in leather, mechanics, or materials.

1. Curiosity with strong analytical and meticulous skills.
2. Pedagogical abilities and active listening.
3. Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and material sensitivity.
4. Pragmatic approach.
5. Interest in fieldwork.
6. Knowledge of programming/VBA is advantageous.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background is necessary.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on leather, mechanics, or materials.
