Hermès Quality Assurance Intern

- Manage material validation tests on finished products, ensuring clarity of requests and precision of objectives.
- Coordinate and align various stakeholders to achieve validation goals.
- Oversee product manufacturing, coordinate execution, and drive decision-making processes.
- Facilitate robust and responsive wear tests conducted by the Quality Materials team.
- Support the Continuous Improvement Project Manager in coordinating quality alerts for effective collaboration.
- Ensure precise characterization of defects, scope, and potential impact.
- Participate in site visits to maintain coordination with manufacturing locations.
- Provide precise and meaningful communication regarding actions taken.
- Handle IT processing of alerts and data analysis.
- Contribute to the preparation of legal documentation in case of supplier disputes.
- Assist in implementing Lean Quality approaches to enhance service agility.
- Improve process flows for user-friendly adoption and efficiency.
- Develop tools to make information accessible and promote autonomy among stakeholders.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Leather, Chemistry, Materials, or Engineering.
- Previous experience in quality management and project management.
- Ability to unify a team and instill purpose and momentum in collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High standards and the ability to challenge assumptions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability and flexibility in handling unforeseen circumstances.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; knowledge of SAP/M3 and Power BI is advantageous.
Previous experience in quality management and project management is required.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Leather, Chemistry, Materials, or Engineering.
