- Ensure product quality from development to post-sales, collaborating with material developers and product managers.
- Act as the primary contact for both men's and women's collection managers regarding directly sourced textile accessories and scarf rings.
- Participate in project reviews during collection development, anticipating quality risks and initiating necessary tests.
- Coordinate quality flow with suppliers, ensuring economic feasibility in collaboration with material developers.
- Recommend packaging solutions for components and finished products.
- Define product labeling and ensure compliance with international standards.
- Qualify prototypes and conduct detailed reviews with material developers.
- Establish sampling procedures in collaboration with the supply chain and logistics teams.
- Oversee the planning and reception of series heads with the supply chain team.
- Visit and inspect pre-series products, ensuring adherence to quality specifications.
- Support suppliers on-site during complex pre-series production or when production issues arise.
- Manage and monitor external quality controls.
- Maintain product and component defect libraries.
- Support the logistics quality team by communicating finished product expectations and resolving disputes.
- Assist the commercial team with quality-related inquiries from markets.
- Brief the after-sales service team each season to anticipate quality issues.
- Coordinate repair solutions for quality incidents and track product returns.
- Implement and monitor activity indicators, including pre-series validation and return rates.
- Share end-of-season reports with suppliers and guide them in continuous quality improvement.
- Engineering degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in textiles, apparel, or quality management.
- Technical expertise in garment construction and materials.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to formalize processes and documentation.
- Proactive, agile, and autonomous work style.
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with IT and quality management tools.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years in textile, apparel, or quality management sectors is required.
Engineering degree.
