1. Propose and manage supplier performance objectives.
2. Implement and analyze quality indicators.
3. Ensure the implementation and effectiveness of quality action plans with tanners.
4. Ensure tanners comply with documentation systems and control tools.
5. Manage alignment on articles and quality criteria.
6. Oversee skin reception control to optimize material use.
7. Manage safety and risk management related to changes with tanners.
8. Act as the main contact with tanners in collaboration with Purchasing and the business.
9. Report quality alerts and review skin alignment regularly.
10. Update quality indicators and reporting with the Glove department.
11. Follow development projects for new models each collection.
12. Validate risk analyses for new models.
13. Validate pre-series launches with the Glove department.
14. Analyze non-conformities from suppliers excluding leather.
15. Analyze pairs rejected during final quality control and manufacturing.
16. Lead corrective and improvement action plans.
17. Facilitate skill alignment and finished product control.

1. Ability to receive and classify leather materials with a strong sensitivity and knowledge of leather.
2. Mastery of problem-solving methodologies.
3. Teamwork oriented, dynamic, and agile.
4. Ability to lead change.
5. Ability to independently manage activities with the client business.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Strong interpersonal skills to work with various departments.
8. Ability to participate in reporting sessions with HMS and Glove department management.
9. Regular travel to suppliers for alignment, meetings, and training in the Paris region.

1. Professional proficiency in English.

Experience in a tannery within a technical-industrial environment is a plus. Experience as a cutter is desired.
