Hermès Quality Engineering Intern

- Contribute to the enhancement of quality documentation by updating the quality criteria reference and drafting control ranges.
- Ensure compliance with the Maison's quality standards through pre-series control participation and report drafting.
- Dispatch non-conformity reports to suppliers and manage second-choice requests and derogations.
- Conduct comparative analysis of supplier and Deret quality controls, alerting the quality manager of major deviations.
- Assist in organizing quality expectation alignment sessions.
- Support the follow-up of usage tests and quality feedback by creating and maintaining tracking tables.
- Organize and monitor internal and international market usage tests, collecting and analyzing user questionnaires.
- Update Quality RetEx documents and the 'problem resolution' after-sales service tracking table.
- Participate in the enhancement of quality indicators, monitor monthly KPIs, and maintain the quality dashboard.
- Engage in monthly and annual Quality reviews.
- Master's student in engineering with an interest in quality management.
- Autonomous and organized, capable of managing multiple projects and daily priorities.
- Resourceful, dynamic, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates rigor, reliability, proactivity, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using computer tools.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in quality management are advantageous.
Master's degree in Engineering (in progress)
