1. Contribute to the enhancement of quality documentation by updating the Quality Criteria Reference and drafting control ranges.
2. Ensure compliance with the brand's quality standards by participating in pre-series control and drafting control reports.
3. Dispatch non-conformity reports to suppliers and manage second-choice and derogation requests.
4. Conduct comparative analyses of supplier and Deret quality controls, alerting the quality manager of major deviations.
5. Assist in organizing quality expectation alignment sessions.
6. Support the monitoring of usage tests and quality feedback by creating and maintaining a test tracking table.
7. Organize and oversee internal and international market usage tests, collecting and analyzing user feedback.
8. Update Quality Feedback documents and the problem resolution service tracking table.
9. Contribute to the improvement of quality indicators and monitor monthly KPIs, maintaining an up-to-date quality dashboard.
10. Participate in monthly and annual Quality reviews.

1. Master's student in an engineering school with a focus on quality management.
2. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
3. Proactive, dynamic, and possessing strong interpersonal skills.
4. Demonstrates rigor, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in quality management are advantageous.

Master's degree in Engineering or related field in progress.
