1. Update the quality criteria reference guide.
2. Draft and update control ranges for finished products.
3. Participate in pre-series quality control.
4. Write control reports and send non-conformity reports to suppliers.
5. Manage second-choice requests and derogation requests.
6. Conduct comparative analysis of supplier and Deret quality controls.
7. Alert the quality manager in case of major deviations.
8. Organize quality expectation alignment sessions.
9. Create and maintain a usage test tracking table.
10. Manage, organize, and follow up on internal and international market usage tests.
11. Collect and analyze user questionnaires.
12. Update RetEx Quality documents.
13. Maintain the 'problem resolution' after-sales service tracking table.
14. Participate in improving quality indicators.
15. Monitor monthly KPIs and maintain the quality dashboard.
16. Participate in monthly and annual Quality reviews.

1. Master's student in engineering school, interested in quality management.
2. Autonomous and organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Resourceful, dynamic, with strong interpersonal skills.
4. Demonstrates rigor, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset.
5. Proficient with IT tools.

No specific experience required, but an interest in quality management is essential.
