Hermès Quality Engineering Intern

- Contribute to the enhancement of quality documentation by updating the Quality Criteria Reference and drafting control ranges.
- Ensure compliance with the brand's quality standards by participating in pre-series control and drafting control reports.
- Dispatch non-conformity reports to suppliers and manage second-choice and derogation requests.
- Conduct comparative analyses of supplier and Deret quality controls, alerting the quality manager of major deviations.
- Assist in organizing quality expectation alignment sessions.
- Support the monitoring of usage tests and quality feedback by creating and maintaining a test tracking table.
- Organize and oversee internal and international market usage tests, collecting and analyzing user feedback.
- Update Quality Feedback documents and the problem resolution service tracking table.
- Contribute to the improvement of quality indicators and monitor monthly KPIs, maintaining an up-to-date quality dashboard.
- Participate in monthly and annual Quality reviews.
- Master's student in an engineering school with a focus on quality management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive, dynamic, and possessing strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates rigor, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in quality management are advantageous.
