Hermès Footwear Quality Assistant Intern

- Enhance product specifications and validate them during the development of new items, including requesting, receiving, and tracking wear tests.
- Develop a tracking and review system for TAP to support Quality Risk Analysis and preempt production issues.
- Create supplier KPIs for quality control in Italy and at the logistics site.
- Update risk analysis for collections and quality tracking tools in development.
- Support the Quality team in managing stock and product flow, improving procedures and IT tools, ensuring consistency between physical and IT stock, conducting inventories, and monitoring product invoicing and budgeting.
- Assist in managing returns to manufacturers, collaborating with the central warehouse and manufacturers.
- Analyze after-sales data in relation to production and sales quantities to identify underlying issues and contribute to problem-solving documentation.
- Evaluate control results in Italy and the logistics center to identify high-risk models for focused attention in subsequent weeks.
- Support the Quality team in Pantin with exceptional control activities at the logistics site.
- Engineering degree or equivalent BAC+5, with strong analytical skills.
- Adaptability to changing priorities while maintaining project tracking.
- Attention to detail, organization, and proactivity.
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
- Product sensitivity and curiosity.
- Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel.
- Italian language skills are advantageous.
