Hermès Quality Coordinator

- Facilitate awareness and training of artisans regarding client requirements within the workshop.
- Implement quality management tools, such as operating procedures and control sheets, within the designated area of the tannery.
- Ensure the availability and currency of quality-related information and documentation at each workstation.
- Monitor the compliance of skins with client specifications throughout the process, addressing non-conformities and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct field audits to ensure adherence to recipes, operating procedures, and best practices, proposing improvements where necessary.
- Participate in problem-solving groups within the tannery, managing analyses, verifications, and corrective actions for the assigned sector.
- Identify and update quality indicators for the workshop, disseminating them to the teams.
- Degree in Quality/Industrial Performance
- Equivalent to Bac +2 level education
- Precision, Methodology, and Organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with various departments
- Agility and adaptability
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
- Interest in production, technical aspects, and fieldwork
- Proficiency in quality tools: statistics, measurement, problem-solving methods
- Ability to align with production objectives
- Pedagogical skills, with strong writing and communication abilities
- Knowledge of the industry and materials, particularly downstream processes, is advantageous
Experience in quality management or industrial performance roles is preferred.
Equivalent to Bac +2 level education in Quality or Industrial Performance.
