Quality Coordinator

1. Participate in raising awareness and training artisans on client requirements within the workshop.
2. Implement quality management tools such as operating procedures, tracking sheets, and control sheets.
3. Ensure the availability and updating of necessary quality documentation at each workstation.
4. Monitor skin conformity to client requirements and ensure corrective actions are taken in case of non-conformity.
5. Conduct field audits to ensure adherence to recipes, operating procedures, and best practices.
6. Propose improvements to existing tools when necessary.
7. Participate in problem-solving groups and manage analyses, verifications, and corrective actions for the sector.
8. Contribute to identifying quality indicators for the workshop and ensure their update and dissemination to teams.

2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2)

5. Interest in production, technical, and field environments
6. Mastery of quality tools: statistics, measurement, problem-solving methods
7. Ability to meet production objectives

9. Knowledge of the industry and materials, particularly downstream, is a plus

Experience in quality management within an industrial setting is preferred.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +2) in quality/industrial performance.
