Hermès Quality Coordinator Internship

- Support the Finished Products Quality Manager in implementing the Material Quality Assurance (MQA) strategy and safety monitoring.
- Deploy the defined Metal and Stone Quality Assurance strategy, coordinating the sampling of pieces for destructive testing and natural stone tests, and liaising with logistics teams.
- Coordinate laboratory testing processes, including dispatch and receipt, according to defined workflows.
- Aggregate and analyze test results, reporting progress and detected alerts to management.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of product/process surveillance plans based on identified quality alerts and risks.
- Coordinate audits and testing for product/process surveillance plans, including sampling and laboratory testing logistics.
- Support weekly performance tracking of production and after-sales service, including supplier and market feedback documentation.
- Assist in quality control audits and analysis of after-sales service pieces, implementing indicators and reporting alerts.
- Support continuous product improvement projects, including control tool implementation and documentation updates.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Bac +4/5).
- Experience in a similar industry or subject is advantageous.
- Proficiency in reading CAD plans, mechanical and industrial processes.
- Interest in cross-functional project management, product development, and teamwork.

Experience in a related industry or similar role is considered beneficial.
