1. Oversee the adherence to quality control specifications for raw materials, components, and finished products.
2. Plan quality control activities considering timelines, resources, and means.
3. Ensure product compliance with regulations.
4. Develop quality control procedures and techniques.
5. Evaluate new investments or modifications in quality control equipment.
6. Monitor the production chronology of each batch from raw material arrival to final product sale (traceability).
7. Analyze and address anomalies and deviations.
8. Organize the sample library.
9. Define and manage the sector's budget.
10. Stay informed on technological and regulatory developments.
11. Implement preventive and corrective actions and propose improvements.
12. Lead the team, fostering regular communication and efficient exchanges.
13. Support site projects with the management team and communicate objectives to the team.
14. Provide regular feedback and conduct employee evaluations, including annual and professional reviews.
15. Organize and optimize individual roles, encouraging participation from all team members.
16. Develop the workshop's training plan to enhance team skills and versatility, focusing on performance and customer satisfaction.
17. Ensure adherence to Hygiene, Safety, Environment, and Good Manufacturing Practices, encouraging compliance among all staff.
18. Contribute to the optimization of workstations and the work environment concerning Hygiene, Safety, Environment, and Ergonomics.

1. Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac+5, such as an Engineering degree.
2. 5 to 10 years of experience in an industrial environment (cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, automotive).
3. Ability to negotiate compromises between conflicting interests of different departments.
4. Strong persuasive skills.
5. Experience working in multidisciplinary and potentially international teams.

5 to 10 years of experience in an industrial setting, preferably in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, or automotive industries.
