- Oversee the adherence to quality control specifications for raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Plan quality control activities considering timelines, resources, and means.
- Ensure product compliance with regulations.
- Develop quality control procedures and techniques.
- Evaluate new investments or modifications in quality control equipment.
- Monitor the production chronology of each batch from raw material arrival to final product sale (traceability).
- Analyze and address anomalies and deviations.
- Organize the sample library.
- Define and manage the sector's budget.
- Stay informed on technological and regulatory developments.
- Implement preventive and corrective actions and propose improvements.
- Lead the team, fostering regular communication and efficient exchanges.
- Support site projects with the management team and communicate objectives to the team.
- Provide regular feedback and conduct employee evaluations, including annual and professional reviews.
- Organize and optimize individual roles, encouraging participation from all team members.
- Develop the workshop's training plan to enhance team skills and versatility, focusing on performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to Hygiene, Safety, Environment, and Good Manufacturing Practices, encouraging compliance among all staff.
- Contribute to the optimization of workstations and the work environment concerning Hygiene, Safety, Environment, and Ergonomics.
- Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac+5, such as an Engineering degree.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in an industrial environment (cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, automotive).
- Ability to negotiate compromises between conflicting interests of different departments.
- Strong persuasive skills.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary and potentially international teams.
- Expertise in quality control processes and techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

5 to 10 years of experience in an industrial setting, preferably in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, or automotive industries.
Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac+5, such as an Engineering degree.
