- Lead and manage a team of quality controllers across two production sites.
- Organize the department, recruit suitable profiles, and evaluate team performance.
- Develop team potential and oversee the implementation of versatility within the sector.
- Ensure smooth and supportive communication with teams and other departments.
- Coordinate quality control teams to ensure adherence to procedures.
- Collaborate with internal production teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize processes.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to enhance product quality.
- Identify potential quality risks and propose preventive actions with Quality Assurance.
- Produce precise measurements and structured control reports to ensure traceability.
- Analyze causes of non-conformities and implement corrective action plans.
- Verify finished product compliance with standards and technical specifications.
- Contribute to defining Hermès Horloger's quality policy and strategy.
- Over 8 years of successful experience in production or quality management within the watchmaking industry.
- Engineering degree or equivalent with a specialization in quality.
- Familiarity with quality management standards and systems.
- Strong sense of responsibility and natural leadership.
- Ability to influence positively and drive change.
- Excellent communication, teaching, and listening skills.
- Proactive with a strong sense of anticipation and analysis.
- Proficiency in IT tools, ERP, and performance indicators.
Over 8 years in a supervisory role in production or quality within the watchmaking industry.
Engineering degree or equivalent with a specialization in quality.
