1. Lead and manage a team of quality controllers across two production sites.
2. Organize the department, recruit suitable profiles, and evaluate team performance.
3. Develop team potential and oversee the implementation of versatility within the sector.
4. Ensure smooth and supportive communication with teams and other departments.
5. Coordinate quality control teams to ensure adherence to procedures.
6. Collaborate with internal production teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
7. Actively participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize processes.
8. Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to enhance product quality.
9. Identify potential quality risks and propose preventive actions with Quality Assurance.
10. Produce precise measurements and structured control reports to ensure traceability.
11. Analyze causes of non-conformities and implement corrective action plans.
12. Verify finished product compliance with standards and technical specifications.
13. Contribute to defining Hermès Horloger's quality policy and strategy.

1. Over 8 years of successful experience in production or quality management within the watchmaking industry.
2. Engineering degree or equivalent with a specialization in quality.
3. Familiarity with quality management standards and systems.

3. Excellent communication, teaching, and listening skills.
4. Proactive with a strong sense of anticipation and analysis.
5. Proficiency in IT tools, ERP, and performance indicators.

Over 8 years in a supervisory role in production or quality within the watchmaking industry.

Engineering degree or equivalent with a specialization in quality.
