Hermès Quality Assurance Specialist

- Initiate and update product/process risk analyses throughout the development phase.
- Create control ranges and quality criteria benchmarks.
- Conduct quality control of components and finished products for prototypes and pre-series in collaboration with Technical Development.
- Visit partners to ensure alignment of criteria and control methods, providing on-site support.
- Ensure alignment of quality criteria between internal and external stakeholders, initiating and leading R&R sessions.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including defect libraries and quality benchmarks.
- Deploy best practices to reduce non-conformity rates and prevent crises.
- Implement problem-solving tools, identify root causes, and define corrective and preventive action plans.
- Lead production follow-up meetings with the Supply Chain.
- Communicate real-time quality alerts and action plans.
- Establish and maintain quality KPIs and reporting, alerting the Finished Product Quality Manager of deviations.
- Contribute to improving supplier quality performance indicators.
- Participate in cross-functional improvement projects, such as implementing new control tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (general, mechanical, chemical, etc.)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5M/5P) and continuous improvement (PDCA)
- Expertise in risk analysis (FMEA for products/processes) and measurement system analysis (R&R)
- Project management knowledge
- Fluency in English, proficiency in Italian is a plus

A minimum of two years in a similar quality assurance role within a luxury or high-end manufacturing environment is required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (general, mechanical, chemical, etc.)
