Hermès Quality and Regulatory Manager - Equestrian

- Develop and implement the quality and safety strategy for the Equestrian division.
- Ensure product safety and regulatory compliance throughout the development and production lifecycle.
- Conduct risk analyses and manage risk mitigation plans in collaboration with product managers.
- Validate quality assurance plans and oversee supplier testing processes.
- Lead regulatory projects from scope identification to compliance implementation.
- Manage the quality and safety of components and manufacturing processes.
- Facilitate continuous improvement plans with tanneries and suppliers.
- Ensure the alignment of quality standards across tanneries, production sites, and logistics.
- Maintain and update quality and safety procedures and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality and safety management, preferably with technical components requiring safety standards.
- Proficiency in quality management tools and risk analysis methods.
- Natural leadership and ability to unite and motivate teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Field-oriented with strong discernment and prioritization abilities.
- Precision, methodical approach, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English.
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality and safety management, ideally with technical components requiring safety standards.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
