1. Develop and implement the quality and safety strategy for the Equestrian division.
2. Ensure product safety and regulatory compliance throughout the development and production lifecycle.
3. Conduct risk analyses and manage risk mitigation plans in collaboration with product managers.
4. Validate quality assurance plans and oversee supplier testing processes.
5. Lead regulatory projects from scope identification to compliance implementation.
6. Manage the quality and safety of components and manufacturing processes.
7. Facilitate continuous improvement plans with tanneries and suppliers.
8. Ensure the alignment of quality standards across tanneries, production sites, and logistics.
9. Maintain and update quality and safety procedures and documentation.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality and safety management, preferably with technical components requiring safety standards.

2. Natural leadership and ability to unite and motivate teams.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Field-oriented with strong discernment and prioritization abilities.
5. Precision, methodical approach, and organizational skills.
6. Fluency in English.

Minimum 5 years of experience in quality and safety management, ideally with technical components requiring safety standards.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
