1. Develop and implement the quality and safety strategy for the equestrian division.
2. Ensure product safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
3. Manage risk assessments and quality assurance plans.
4. Oversee supplier quality and safety alignment.
5. Coordinate regulatory compliance projects.
6. Lead quality and safety improvement initiatives.
7. Facilitate communication and alignment across internal and external teams.

1. Master's degree in engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in quality and safety management, preferably with technical products.
3. Fluency in English.
