Quality and Regulatory Assistant Intern

1. Ensure compliance of the Quality Management System with applicable standards
2. Centralize and update quality documentation
3. Analyze and diagnose quality systems and tools, address major dysfunctions, and monitor quality indicators
4. Construct and update control ranges for finished products
5. Define specific quality criteria for finished products
6. Conduct quality control of prototypes, pre-series, and production
7. Participate in homologation phases including usage and laboratory tests
8. Contribute to improving supplier quality performance indicators
9. Participate in monthly and annual Quality/After-Sales Service reviews
10. Implement quality tools to anticipate product/process risks
11. Manage quality projects with a proactive continuous improvement approach
12. Participate in regulatory risk analysis campaigns
13. Develop traceability tools for tracking components and finished products

1. General engineering degree
2. Knowledge of quality tools such as 5P, 8D, PDCA, Pareto
3. Curious, rigorous, and analytical
4. Proficient in office software
5. Excellent interpersonal skills
6. Fluent in written and spoken English
7. Interest in technology and partnership with Apple

No specific experience required, but a background in quality management or regulatory affairs is beneficial.

General engineering degree

Full-time internship for 6 months starting in September 2025, based in Pantin, France.
