Hermès Quality and Regulatory Intern - Internet of Things

- Ensure product quality control for finished goods.
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Participate in regulatory compliance assurance for market-ready products.
- Facilitate and monitor the quality assurance system to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Centralize and update quality documentation.
- Analyze and diagnose quality system and tool evolutions, addressing major dysfunctions.
- Develop and update control ranges for finished products and define specific quality criteria.
- Conduct quality control for prototypes, pre-series, and production.
- Engage in homologation phases, including usage and laboratory testing.
- Enhance supplier quality performance indicators.
- Participate in monthly and annual Quality/After-Sales Service reviews.
- Implement quality tools to anticipate product/process risks.
- Manage quality projects with a proactive continuous improvement approach.
- Participate in regulatory risk analysis campaigns (e.g., Reach, RoHS, Prop65).
- Contribute to the development of traceability tools for component and finished product lot tracking.
- General engineering degree.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as 5P, 8D, PDCA, and Pareto.
- Curiosity, rigor, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in office software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Interest in technology and partnership with Apple.
No prior experience required, but familiarity with quality assurance and regulatory compliance is advantageous.
General engineering degree.
