1. Ensure the delivery of products meeting exact quality standards while optimizing value-added processes.
2. Safeguard workshop quality in terms of incoming materials.
3. Lead quality assurance during the development and industrial launch phases of new products, ensuring adherence to validation plans.
4. Support Technical Development in monitoring regulatory impacts on products.
5. Maintain product quality for items developed and manufactured on-site.
6. Serve as the liaison for client complaints or inquiries regarding product quality.
7. Drive the site's continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Oversee the master plan for the La CATE site.
9. Plan and lead continuous improvement projects under workshop guidance.
10. Maintain and annually update the site's technical data repository to construct standards.

1. Engineering background
2. 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
3. Fluency in English

1. In-depth knowledge of product quality requirements
2. Familiarity with production processes
3. Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies focusing on installation efficiency
4. Understanding of regulatory, safety, certification, and environmental requirements
5. Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies such as PDCA, 8D, and QRQC
6. Ability to lead, unite, and develop teams around site ambitions
7. Competence in hierarchical and transversal management

A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
