Hermès Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager

- Ensure the delivery of products meeting exact quality standards while optimizing value-added processes.
- Safeguard workshop quality in terms of incoming materials.
- Lead quality assurance during the development and industrial launch phases of new products, ensuring adherence to validation plans.
- Support Technical Development in monitoring regulatory impacts on products.
- Maintain product quality for items developed and manufactured on-site.
- Serve as the liaison for client complaints or inquiries regarding product quality.
- Drive the site's continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the master plan for the La CATE site.
- Plan and lead continuous improvement projects under workshop guidance.
- Maintain and annually update the site's technical data repository to construct standards.
- Engineering background
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in English
- In-depth knowledge of product quality requirements
- Familiarity with production processes
- Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies focusing on installation efficiency
- Understanding of regulatory, safety, certification, and environmental requirements
- Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies such as PDCA, 8D, and QRQC
- Ability to lead, unite, and develop teams around site ambitions
- Competence in hierarchical and transversal management
- Autonomy, initiative, and innovative thinking

- Empathy and strong interpersonal skills

A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
Engineering degree
