Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager

1. Ensure the delivery of products meeting expected quality levels with optimal efficiency.
2. Protect workshops in terms of incoming quality.
3. Manage quality during the development and industrial launch phases of new products.
4. Support Technical Development in monitoring regulatory impacts on products.
5. Ensure the quality of products developed and manufactured on-site.
6. Act as a liaison with clients regarding product quality complaints or inquiries.
7. Lead the site's continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Oversee the master plan for the La CATE site.
9. Plan and lead continuous improvement projects under workshop management.
10. Maintain, challenge, and annually update the site's technical data reference for standard construction.
11. Uphold HSE commitments as per the site's HSE Policy.

1. Engineering background
2. 8 to 10 years of experience
3. Fluent in English

1. Knowledge of product quality criteria
2. Understanding of production processes
3. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
4. Knowledge of regulatory, safety, certification, and environmental requirements
5. Problem-solving methodologies: PDCA, 8D, QRQC
6. Ability to lead, unite, and develop teams
