Hermès Purchasing Performance Intern

- Assist the performance team in executing and monitoring improvement projects within the purchasing department, including Industrial and Commercial Plans, Budget, New Product Management, and CSR initiatives.
- Support purchasing interactions with other departments such as Supply Chain for performance management, Finance for revenue and financial index management, CSR for scope 3 measurement management, and Creation for new product management during creative and commercial events.
- Facilitate the deployment of new performance management tools, utilizing PowerBI for dashboard updates and analysis presentations.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Bac +5) in engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest and curiosity in manufacturing processes and supplier environments.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain processes is appreciated.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and cross-analysis.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to dynamic and changing environments.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in engineering or related fields is essential.
Master's degree in progress (Bac +5) in engineering or related field.
