Public Relations Intern

1. Collaborate with the press team on daily press activities to secure placements across relevant titles.
2. Partner with the Press Closet Coordinator for organizing the PR closet and showroom.
3. Assist with tracking all press samples on loan for PR opportunities.
4. Communicate regularly with global communications teams, including the HQ team in Paris, to ensure timely and correct sample arrivals.
5. Assist in coordinating samples for international shoots in New York.
6. Work with the Press Closet Coordinator on logistics paperwork, shipments, and arranging messengers.
7. Check in all sample returns from photo shoots and celebrity fittings.
8. Assist with inventorying all samples seasonally and track new inventory from seasonal buys.
9. Assist with tracking press placements and creating recaps for HQ.
10. Assist with celebrity dressing pulls and special projects.

1. Enrolled in an Associates, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree program

1. Proactive, self-starter who can take initiative and work independently
2. Strong communication skills

No specific experience required, but must be enrolled in a degree program.

Interns are paid an hourly rate of US $20.00. A Full-Time Internship will be scheduled for 37.5 hours per week, and Part-Time will be scheduled for more than 15 hours but less than 35 hours per week.

Internship includes a learning-focused guest-speaker series, mentorship, networking opportunities, and collaboration on a capstone project.
