- Collaborate with the press team on daily press activities to secure placements across relevant titles.
- Partner with the Press Closet Coordinator for organizing the PR closet and showroom.
- Assist with tracking all press samples on loan for PR opportunities.
- Communicate regularly with global communications teams, including the HQ team in Paris, to ensure timely and correct sample arrivals.
- Assist in coordinating samples for international shoots in New York.
- Work with the Press Closet Coordinator on logistics paperwork, shipments, and arranging messengers.
- Check in all sample returns from photo shoots and celebrity fittings.
- Assist with inventorying all samples seasonally and track new inventory from seasonal buys.
- Assist with tracking press placements and creating recaps for HQ.
- Assist with celebrity dressing pulls and special projects.
- Enrolled in an Associates, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree program
- Proactive, self-starter who can take initiative and work independently
- Strong communication skills
No specific experience required, but must be enrolled in a degree program.

Interns are paid an hourly rate of US $20.00. A Full-Time Internship will be scheduled for 37.5 hours per week, and Part-Time will be scheduled for more than 15 hours but less than 35 hours per week.
Internship includes a learning-focused guest-speaker series, mentorship, networking opportunities, and collaboration on a capstone project.
