Hermès Public Relations and Event Assistant Intern

- Participate as a project team member for the globally recognized Saut Hermès at the Grand Palais equestrian event.
- Support the implementation of projects within defined timelines and budgets, in coordination with the department head.
- Contribute innovative ideas and support the action plan, including monitoring innovations, new developments, and current events.
- Assist in managing the Saut Hermès project at the Grand Palais.
- Aid in coordinating with various Hermès departments (Editions, Press, etc.) and external suppliers.
- Gain experience in 360° event project management.
- Assist in the preparation of mailings, data entry, and envelope stuffing.
- Currently enrolled in a business school with a specialization in communication or an equivalent program.
- Curiosity, rigor, flexibility, open-mindedness, and a collaborative spirit.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities with agility.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Service-oriented mindset and enthusiasm.
- Sensitivity to CSR issues.
No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background in communication or related fields is necessary.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or communication.
