- Organize the collection of scheduling elements from various business units and the IT department.
- Align schedules and tasks between business units and IT, considering dependencies.
- Ensure stakeholders have the capacity to execute tasks within deadlines, utilizing tools like MyPPM and PI planning.
- Coordinate operational activities with business and IT teams.
- Monitor weekly task progress and manage contingencies and rescheduling.
- Ensure clear presentation of the action plan over a 12 to 18-month horizon.
- Advanced degree from a leading engineering or business school, with strong proficiency in IT tools and supply chain environments.
- Proven experience in project management within a complex, multidimensional setting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Dynamic, curious, and capable of maintaining a global vision of the project.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, pedagogical ability, and adaptability to diverse stakeholders.
