Hermès Project Manager - Series Life and Continuous Improvement

- Lead the series life flow of models through weekly meetings, monthly indicators, and action follow-ups with developers.
- Manage improvement projects for iconic models, focusing on manufacturability, reproducibility, and performance.
- Analyze risks and propose security and optimization actions for technical components.
- Coordinate laboratory tests and trials, and oversee the production of components.
- Monitor and communicate progress on test plans and production transitions.
- Develop and maintain the community of delegated developers across internal and external sites, in collaboration with Internal & External Manufacturing Directors.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
- Risk management capabilities.
- Technical acumen and a passion for manufacturing excellence.
- Strong interpersonal and pedagogical skills.
- Analytical and observational abilities.
- Precision, autonomy, and rigor.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel; Power BI proficiency is advantageous.
Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in a similar project management role.
The position includes travel to manufacturing sites in France twice a month, offering exposure to the brand's extensive production network.
