Hermès Project Manager – Process Reference

- Lead cross-functional process and system improvement projects, including project management, needs assessment, and solution validation.
- Support business units in transformation projects across various domains such as Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, and Operational Marketing.
- Ensure coherence in multi-domain transformation programs by highlighting functional dependencies and managing multi-program initiatives.
- Advocate for HMS transformation needs in group-wide projects and multi-subsidiary initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement by centralizing, prioritizing, and managing Core Model evolution requests.
- Ensure mastery and quality of Master Data through structuring, modeling, and collective engagement.
- Degree from an Engineering or Business School, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including project management or involvement in major transformation projects.
- Experience in process or functional mapping and knowledge management tools is preferred.
- Proficiency in tools and systems, with an understanding of their operations and interfaces.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and formalization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability with a pedagogical approach.
- Persistence and curiosity with the ability to delve into details and maintain a broad perspective.
- Ability to unite teams around common objectives and methodologies.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on meaningful initiatives and actions.
At least 8 years of professional experience in project management or major transformation projects.
Degree from an Engineering or Business School, or equivalent.
