Hermès Project Manager, Image and Communication

- Develop and implement concepts for various communication events such as fashion shows, re-sees, and international events.
- Ensure the creative vision is maintained across all men's ready-to-wear events.
- Coordinate production of events requiring creative briefs and follow-up with the Artistic Direction and communication teams.
- Lead projects involving content production, including lookbook and product shootings.
- Act as a liaison with markets during event production and respond to local market needs.
- Design, develop, and manage concepts for industry events, ensuring alignment with creative desires.
- Prepare and coordinate schedules for events in collaboration with Hermès International and external providers.
- Facilitate meetings for the Artistic Director, including preparation of summaries and action plans.
- Propose talents and concepts for various events, including fashion shows and e-commerce.
- Manage relationships with external talents and prepare meetings with the Artistic Director.
- Oversee the development of each event with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure budget adherence and timeline compliance for all events.
- Support markets in local event production and act as a production liaison.
- Supervise and validate casting for Paris and international events.
- Coordinate retail events, ensuring strategy implementation and quality execution.
- Promote and evaluate events internally to ensure continuous improvement.
- 5-6 years of experience in communication.
- Strong project management expertise.
- Creativity and dynamism to support a rapidly growing activity.
- Sensitivity to the aesthetic and artistic universe of fashion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong writing skills with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment.
5-6 years of experience in communication, with a strong background in project management and a keen understanding of the fashion industry's aesthetic and artistic demands.
