Hermès Project Manager

- Lead and manage transformation projects within the footwear division in collaboration with Hermès Information Systems and project teams.
- Ensure project alignment with functional needs, including requirement gathering, specification drafting, and tender processes.
- Oversee project governance, budget adherence, timeline management, and deliverable quality.
- Guarantee the functional adequacy of developed solutions and manage functional validation testing.
- Facilitate go-live processes and provide expert support for significant project-related issues.
- Drive change management and provide post-launch user support.
- Promote continuous improvement by developing training frameworks and identifying tool enhancement opportunities.
- Manage operational tasks, offering expertise in problem resolution and rapid improvements.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in IT project management.
- Proficiency in PLM and ERP Supply Chain systems.
- Strong project management and change management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A minimum of 3 years in IT project management, with a preference for experience in the luxury or fashion sectors.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
