- Coordinate and oversee collaborations with art schools, including budget management and partnership timelines.
- Organize and manage the Drawing Day event, including venue reservations, brainstorming sessions, and budget tracking.
- Facilitate the Drawing Festival, coordinating exhibitions and managing logistics with selected schools and festival interlocutors.
- Support the International Artistic Direction in promoting innovative projects and ensuring their successful deployment.
- Co-design and organize the Hermès Innovation Meeting, enhancing its impact through strategic communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Art History, Cultural Management, or Communication & Strategy.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in innovation-related roles outside of internships.
- Strong interest in contemporary art and innovation.
- Proficiency in English as a second language.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
- Familiarity with creativity workshop techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to foster a collaborative spirit.
1 to 2 years of experience in innovation-related roles outside of internships.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Art History, Cultural Management, or Communication & Strategy.
