Hermès Project Manager, Brand Identity

- Ensure successful execution of internal productions within the Women's Ready-to-Wear division, including photo shoots and editorial projects.
- Draft project specifications and associated timelines.
- Manage annual project timelines and secure approvals from the Artistic Director.
- Prepare meetings for the Artistic Director with the Communication Manager, including synthesizing and action planning, drafting meeting minutes, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate key participants for projects and productions within the Women's Ready-to-Wear division.
- Organize regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure effective communication on initiated projects.
- Monitor specific scenographies in collaboration with internal partners and subsidiaries.
- Maintain budget adherence and respect project deadlines.
- Oversee budget tracking and invoicing.
- Continuously improve processes within the division.
- Organize collection presentations by the Artistic Director.
- Maintain and update project tracking documents.
- Coordinate internal teams based on project needs.
- Manage loans and returns between Maison teams.
- Contract external contributors and talents for projects.
- Manage rights in collaboration with the Artistic Director, Communication Manager, and Legal teams.
- Support and implement processes related to various projects.
- Conduct creative monitoring on fashion talents, create benchmarking, and build a reference library for the Women's Ready-to-Wear team.
- Produce newsletters on diverse topics related to the métiers.
- Proven experience in communication, project management, event production, or art buying.
- Strong understanding of Maison operations.
- Meticulous, proactive, and enthusiastic about supporting a rapidly growing activity.
- High sensitivity to the fashion world and collaboration with creative talents.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Strong writing skills, precision, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
