Hermès Project Manager, Brand Identity - Internet of Things

- Develop and implement a blended learning strategy through the creation of seasonal training and e-learning modules.
- Design training and sales support tools, including videos, training kits, and after-sales support materials.
- Engage with local trainers to communicate and gather training needs.
- Conduct training sessions in collaboration with local trainers.
- Create seasonal visual merchandising guidelines for stores and e-commerce, focusing on image, sales, and customer experience.
- Define and oversee the creation of point-of-sale materials.
- Lead the community of visual merchandisers in subsidiaries via Yammer, monitoring content, and sharing best practices.
- Contribute to the production of image content, such as packshots, lifestyle visuals, and videos, aligned with the brand's image strategy.
- Participate in internal communication activities, including internal showrooms and presentations.
- Support the mentoring of interns within the department.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, operational marketing, and brand image within a demanding international product environment.
- Strong aesthetic and product sensitivity, with a desire to apply pedagogical skills.
- Proven project management skills, with a focus on collaboration, organization, and precision.
- Fluency in English for daily communication with international markets.
- Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal, with strong storytelling abilities.
- Interest in technology and the Hermès-Apple partnership.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is advantageous.
